TERMS OF SERVICE Let's Go Web Studio | Effective Date: January 17, 2026

By accessing or using the website located at letsgowebstudio.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Let's Go Web Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any web design or related services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. Let's Go Web Studio is operated by a sole proprietor based in Phoenix, Arizona. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

2. Services Provided Let's Go Web Studio offers web design, website development, digital presence consulting, and related services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and local service providers. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal provided to each client prior to project commencement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities As a client or prospective client, you agree to: provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete your project; respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days); review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes; ensure you have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any content, images, or materials you provide to us; and not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.

4. Payments & Fees Payment terms, project deposits, milestone payments, and final balances will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement. A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless alternative terms are specified. Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of project work. All fees are in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect projects already under a signed agreement.

5. Revisions & Scope of Work The number of included revisions and the defined scope of work will be specified in your Service Agreement. Work requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Any changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project, including custom design elements and website content. Let's Go Web Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, and to use general knowledge and techniques acquired during the project for other clients. Let's Go Web Studio retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and work not included in the final deliverable, as well as any proprietary tools, templates, or frameworks used in production. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins, themes) are subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for maintaining any required licenses after project handoff.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client lists, pricing, and proprietary methods. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers Let's Go Web Studio warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue, or traffic outcomes from any website or digital presence; uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites after handoff; or compatibility with all future browser updates or third-party platform changes. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Let's Go Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellation terms will be specified in your individual Service Agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced. If the client cancels mid-project, payment is due for all work completed to date. If Let's Go Web Studio cancels a project without cause, a pro-rated refund will be issued for work not yet completed.

11. Third-Party Platforms & Tools Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Netlify, Google services, social media platforms). Let's Go Web Studio is not responsible for the terms, availability, functionality, or changes of any third-party platform. Clients are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any platform used for their project.

12. Website Use By using letsgowebstudio.com, you agree not to use the Site in any way that violates federal, state, or local laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; transmit any spam, malware, or harmful code; or reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
